January 2017 -  June 2017 our upcoming tennis tours!

Minimum two weeks at the workouttennis academy. You choose when you wish to come. Typically you'll play three tournaments in a two week stay.

CIRCUIT in Eastern France

Tournaments taken from, minimum one tournament per week: - CHAMPIGNEULLES, THAON LES VOSGES, LAXOU, NANCY WELL, COMMERCY, JARVILLE, JARNY, SAULXURES,  MALZEVILLE, MAIZIERES LES METZ, HAYANGE, NEUFCHATEAU, LAXOU, CHATEL ST GERMAIN, JOEUF, VILLERS LA MONTAGNE, BRIEY, LANEUVEVILLE, VILLERS LES NANCY, TERVILLE, LONGUYON, AUGNY, COURCELLES CHAUSSY, SAINT MAX,  BOULIGNY, SEREMANGE, BAR LE DUC, ALERION, THIONVILLE, HERSERANGE, MARLY, VERDUN, DIEULOUARD, PULNOY, COMMERCY, LUDRES

Last inscriptions for March circuit taken :- 10 January 2017! Make your inscriptions at latest three weeks before you wish to travel.

General conditions

workouttennis.com ensures :

. All transfers, including being picked up from a train station, being driven to accommodation & tournament venues

. Practice balls provided

. Stringing machine available (bring your own strings)

. Supervision

. Number of places still available - seven

. All tournament fees included.

. Included in the price, workouttennis.com will organise the issue of an FFT licence (€17,50), which includes tennis insurance ( to and from travel to tournaments + court injury)

. All accommodation + food costs.

Payment Information (for two week tour starting at beginning of February 2017) - £500 before 10.01.17, by bank transfer only, payment details with BIC and IBAN codes to follow. Reference “February Tour 2017”.

“Places full” Situation – Players may confirm that places are still available before making payment. Should workouttennis.com have to refuse an application, a full refund will be promptly made.

“Reserve list” Situation – If places are full, players may take a “reserve” place.

Cancellation Information – if players cancel up to one week before agreed departure, £200 will be retained by workouttennis.com as booking fee. All other monies sent will be returned. Any later cancellation will result in a  loss of the booking fee - £200, + £300 for any week started.

Passport Information – players to travel with a valid passport. 2 photocopies must be brought to the site. A passport scan should be sent to workouttennis.com.

Health Information – Players to provide a medical certificate from their doctor indicating that the player is authorised to play in competition tennis. A health insurance card or document must be carried. 2 photocopies of each should be brought to the site. A medical certificate scan should be sent to workouttennis.com.

Parental Authority Information - Under 18s must carry a dated and signed document from their parents : - “I hereby authorise workouttennis.com to assume parental responsibility for my child for the period from ... to .... ” 2 Photocopies must be brought to the site. A parental authority scan should be sent to workouttennis.com.

Travel Information – Players to pay for own travel to pick-up point. Suitable railway station pick-up points : -

TGV Meuse or TGV Lorraine; Gare SNCF Nancy, or Gare SNCF Metz.

There are excellent connections to all these stations from Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG), Paris, or on Eurostar from London. A typical return trip using a budget airline from UK to CDG, + TGV ticket, should be no more than £150.

From Germany to Gare TGV Lorraine will cost about € 150 return trip.

workouttennis bears no responsability for any tournament cancellations, or inscription refusals beyond their control. We make best efforts to supply the tournaments and programme indicated in our offer, but circumstances sometimes cause us to modify our initial offer.
