Spread over two sites, workouttennis has a range of accommodation available in its real estate portfolio, catering for overnight stopovers to weekly stays to permanent lets. We have all sorts of guests ranging from international tourists, to local professionals, to families.

We've been letting accommodation in the Meuse area of France since 1991. Although this is a confirmed tourist destination in East France, situated in a designated National Park, with its own lake and accompanying facilities, we've catered for professional people in transit or for seminars, and we've not only accommodated, but also organised school groups. All buildings together can house up to 30 people. For your service we have a 9 seater minibus for transfers and trips, either with or without a driver.

Price range for lets (real estate)

For bed and breakfast service, typically our guests will partake of a breakfast in our dining room before the day starts. Both continental and full English breakfasts are available at the same tariff. By notifying us at breakfast time, you can also be served with lunch and/or an evening meal - you don' t have to prepare or clear up anything, it'll all be ready on the table for you. Our fixed daily menus are varied, comprising mostly traditional recipes from the French, English, German, Indian or Chinese cuisine. Where possible our food is sourced locally, and every meal is cooked on the premises. It doesn't only taste good, it's natural food that is so difficult to obtain when eating out today.
Each bedroom is equipped with a private shower room, with complete bedlinen and towels. You can request for this linen to be changed, but for those spending longer than a week with us, there will in any case be a complete change and clean once per week.
A WiFi connection is available at no extra charge, so all that you can do on the internet can be done throughout the building, and even on the terrace! Televisions, and telephones, or various other equipment, are not available in the rooms.
Like all buildings receiving members of the public in France, we are a strictly 'No Smoking " area. You risk being fined if you break this law.
In order to ensure the comfortable surroundings for all our guests, and our neighbours, we encourage everyone to respect the peaceful nature of our region. If you want to party in the countryside, you must first warn the neighbours. And ideally you'll have to invite them!
